The alarm keeps coming on inside and alerting FD on the panel.
The alarm stay on until the FD appears

Hi Darrell, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, FD error indicates forced defrost. You need to turn off your refrigerator for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the refrigerator will reset and the error will be removed. If the error is not removed, you need to check the electronic control board, part number PS11748453. Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
