Do you hv the mounting brackets to hang this model?

Purchased 05/19/25, Best Buy. turntable has never turned, seems the plate on turn rollers does not fit properly

Hi Jimmy, thank you for the question. Ensure that the turntable and the turntable support are properly seated. The turntable should fit securely on the support, and the support should be correctly placed on the motor shaft. You may need to re-install it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

LED segment flickering/missing
For model number JVM3160RFSS
Hi Mike, thank you for contacting us. The issue seems to be with the LED display. It comes attached to the control board, part number PS8754630. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Had to remove microwave from the wall. Then disassemble entire top assembly to get to the part. Easy enough to replace after that. Then just reassemble and reinstall. About 2hrs. total
Remove microwave and set on flat surface. Remove all screws on top. Remove all screws around back edge holding top on. Finally remove the screws on botton holding top on and remove top. On left side on top, remove 6 screws holding black channel in place. Also remove 3 screws holding metal top in place. Now lift black channel up and u
... Read morenplug 2 wires on cutout. Replace cutout and reinstall everything in reverse order. Worst part is taking microwave down and reinstalling.
