The light and vent work but when I try to heat my food, everything shuts off.

Hello Wei, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Three Door Switches to see if they read normally open or normally closed. There should be a print on the switch saying what it needs to read. We hope this helps!
When I shut the door unit makes humming noise. I can still use microwave when it stops keeps humming, Replaced all 3 clips for door didn't help

Control panel doesn’t light up. Can’t see controls in low lighting

Hello Bonnie, thank you for getting in touch. We have concluded that the issue is with the control panel assembly, part number PS12295224. We suggest you replace this part to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Unplug all wire terminations and set control panel aside. 4. Remove two screws securing latch board, lift and rotate board
... Read moreout of position, remove three micro switches, xfer monitor switch actuator from lower pin in old board and insert in new. Install new door switches and reverse procedure to complete repair.
Note 1. Take care to located new latch board so holding tabs line up, pass through frame, and openings for door tangs line up with openings in frame before securing with screws.
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.
Old filter did seem to be a little thicker (filter material), but the new one was the exact same dimen
