THERE IS POWER TO THIS WINE CELLAR BUT IT IS NOT COOLING. LIGHTS ARE ON, FAN IS RUNNING. WHEN I TURN IT ON/OFF I CAN HEAR IT KICK IN. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hello Susan, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the temperature control thermostat, part number PS2328965. It regulates the temperature inside the wine cellar. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT BUT WINE COOLER IS STILL NOT WORKING. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS.

To replace the light bulb, I removed the screw and the cover, unscrewed the old bulb, replaced with the new bulb and replaced the cover, securing it with the small screw. It worked appropriately with normal use for a few days and then I noticed the light was not coming on when I opened the door.
