What is the recommend cleaning product by name. We did not get a booklet of instruction with the product. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, it recommends to use a ceramic cooktop cleaner. The manual does not recommend a particular brand. This type of cleaner may be purchased at your local grocery or hardware store. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

One of burner stays on high all the time.
Do I just replace the burner, or is this more like a board problem? All other burners work fine.

Hello George, thank you for contacting us. The problem you described could most probably occur due to a malfunctioning power supply board. We would recommend checking the power supply board, part number PS11762534, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
First; turn off breaker to stove. Second; remove two Phillips head screws that hold the top on, located in front, underneath, will have to open the oven door to see. Third; prop the top up. Four; disconnect wire clips of old element. Five; plug in new wire clips of new element. Six; unprop the top and realign
