The arc from the electrode runs down the side of the electrode and not up to the burner head. What can i do to fi it?

We would suggest replacing the burner head with this part PS2085278 as it includes burner small and includes the correct electrode. For x large burner, the part number is PS2085280. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
