My control panel is not working on my gas range the power is going to the burners and i have tried to reset it i can’t seem to find an exact match with the model number but home depot’s number is jgbs66dekww that’s the one i purchased

The little metal piece inside my stove knob got lost while cleaning the knobs. Is it possible to buy just the little metal piece to go inside the knob so it fits accordingly.

Hello Lisa, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the metal insert is not sold separately. It comes as a part of surface burner knob, part number PS11729080. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
I had to call for a appointment for repair with GE Appliance because I thought then it . .was something electrical. The technician came out & checked everything out, turned out it was not electrical, The technician went out to his truck got a light bulb from his truck, put it in & it worked.
