Light needs to be replaced on microwave and need to know where located.
microwave is installed in wall above oven.

Hi Carolyn, thank you for contacting us. The light bulb, part number PS217532, is located behind the lamp shield in the microwave. You will need to open the door and remove the front panel to access the light bulb. We hope that helps!
Need to replace light bulb in microwave, but cannot locate where the lamp shield is located. Is it the round part inside microwave at top? Need a diagram of inside microwave.

Hello Carolyn, Thank you for asking. If you look at the Diagram for this model, you will part 1485 listed. Inside the oven at the back pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it.. Make sure you unplug the appliance before the repair. We hope this helps!

Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.

0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot. 1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back. 2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap.
... Read more />3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place. 4. Put the cap back. 5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.
No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.
