on the side of the oven door handle there is a plastic piece that came off my , door handle, can that be replaced?

Can you tell me what the "Power Boil" means on the stove top surface ? Left burner out side ring ? Nothing noted in user manual or any other explanation online.

Thank you for your question. According tot he GE website, "the Power Boil™ Burner BTUs provide high heat for fast boiling. This is enough power to heat the largest stock pot, wok, high temperature cooking or for home canning. It will simmer at 180 degrees F*.* Temperature is measured in thick sauce after 90 minutes." What part would I need if the bake button doesn't work anymore? It's the only button on the whole oven that doesn't work.

Hi Charmon, thank you for the question. The issue is most likely with the defective membrane (control and faceplate), part number PS16554416. Before you order a touch panel, though, try cleaning the ribbon cable with rubbing alcohol. You would have to turn off the power, remove the control panel, then disconnect the cable from the clock/ERC, then clean it. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
Looking for anti tip bracket for this oven purchased less than a year ago. On websites, I'm finding that parts sellers don't recognize this model #. They default to JB735SP1SS. Problem is, the anti-tip bracket may be different for my oven than the one for the xxxxxSP1SS.

my glass stove top is shattered. I am trying to replace it but I don't see it offered.

Removed six 1/4" hex nuts on rear of oven. Then through front/inside removed a single 1/4" hex nut to actually remove sensor. Unplug sensor connector, remove. Reversed steps, push oven back in place and plugged in. Tested oven function.
Unplugged appliance and removed 5 screws on back of stove/oven and removed plate. Disconnected the sensor and unscrewed it on the inside of the oven. Pulled the cord through and replaced with new sensor. Replaced all parts and plugged in the appliance and tested. Worked great.
The repair went very easy. The replacement part was designed differently than the original part. It installed on the rear of the drawer with a screw as the original snapped into the side. This was a bit confusing when researching and looking up the part online.
