Need part number for shelves. Received my unit yesterday and 1 was broken

The Middle Shelf is PartSelect Number PS16874555 and the Bottom is PartSelect Number PS16660096. The Trim that goes across the Front of the shelf is PartSelect Number PS16659887 (sold individually).
