Is a new part number that replaces this carb? I found a part number ps12699307 is it a viable part number and it cross over to be the replacement for the hda133

Hello William, thank you for your inquiry. We do not carry the complete carburetor. However, we do have a Repair Kit PS10048155 that you may be interested in. We hope this helps.
Removed the carburetor, removed the fuel pump sprayed the part with silicone and tapped part into seat. Reassembled, adjusted and started the saw ran fine.
