The broiler in the top over is not working. Is it the control panel????

Hello Marty, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the issue is with the upper oven broil element, part number PS8695745. We would recommend replacing the broil element before replacing the control panel. We hope this solves your problem!

Oven heating temp not turning off at set temp/overheating
Removed the wall oven to access temp probe connector strapped to the back of the oven. removed 2 screws holding probe inside the oven & replaced. Searched for the "fixing kit" thermostat part I was suggested to replace along with the probe. No thermostat type part was found in my oven, even though Bosch says it fits "somewhere". Reinstall
