I the water works on the door. But the icemaker does not work. What could be wrong with the icemaker?

Hello Lisa, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the cycling thermostat, part number PS11743313. It controls and regulates the ice ejection cycle by monitoring the temperature inside the freezer. If this does not help, replacing the ice maker, part number PS11769140, is the option. Water dispenser working but no ice. & no water in top of ice maker

Hi Gaston, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we suggest you check the voltage provided to the icemaker is 120 VAC. The water supply line might be clogged or frozen and the water filter might be clogged. Also, check the pressure of the water lies between 20 psi to 120 psi inside the water supply lines. Another reason could be that the icemaker assembly, part number PS11769140, may be malfunctioning. We hope this information helps!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
