Hi, our water and ice tastes bad for a couple weeks now. I replaced the filter twice and no improvement. Our city water is fine. The taste isn't really describable but may be a cross between metal and sour. Any ideas if there is a part to replace for that?

ice maker is froze up and can't get the button that let's you pull tray out pushed in.

Hello Charlotte, thank you for the question. Turn off the refrigerator. To clear the ice buildup around the ice maker, use a hair dryer on a low or medium setting to melt the ice surrounding the ice bucket/tray, particularly around the release button and top edges. Keep the dryer moving to avoid melting the plastic liner. Once the ice has melted, press the release button and pull the tray out. Completely dry the area before reinserting the bucket and plugging the fridge back in. We hope this is what you were looking for!

My water dispenser is slow, I replaced the filter and remains slow. I calibrated the water and still pours less than what I confirm.

Hi Agustina, thank you for contacting us. Ensure the new filter is correctly and securely installed. If it is fine, check the water lines for any blockage. If they are fine, the issue could be with the water inlet valve, part number PS11755669. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear.
