Washer is not quite 2 years old and the lid has cracked on both sides where it attaches to the washer. I can't believe it as we are pensioners and only do the laundry once per week!! we have taken pictures as we aren't exactly sure what part we need as there are no pictures shown online. can you advise?

Washer doesn't drain intermittently during wash cycle. Need to stop and turn to drain then it will drain. Need to turn off then

Thank you for your question. If the washer is not draining, the issue is the pump and you will need to inspect it to verify that it is working correctly.
