The washer machine will not leave the soak cycle, does not matter what cycle the washer is on or what settings it’s in.

Hello Kathy, thank you for the question. If the washer is not leaving the soak cycle, make sure the cold water is not turned off to the washer and the cold and hot water hoses are not reversed. If this does not solve the issue, you may need to replace the water inlet valve, part number PS12069194. We hope this helps!

Hi Andrea, thank you for asking. According to our research, the washer may most likely leak from the drain hose or the pump. We have found some relevant instructions for you to check the drain hose. They may not be of the exact same model, but they will help you with the process. You may follow the following steps: shut off the water supply and unplug the power to the appliance. Remove the drain line from the wall. Remove the hot and cold water supply lines from the inlet valves. Set a drain pan or towel underneath the hose, pinch the clamp, and pull the hose from the washer. Unthread the screw on the plate closest to the drain opening, press the plastic tab and slide the drain outlet up and push in. Tip the washer back and prop it up using a wooden block or chair. Slide down the clamp securing the hose to the drain pump. Slide the hose off the drain pump and remove the assembly from the appliance to check the leak or damage to the hose or the pump. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Initially washer would start the wash cycle for a couple of seconds, then shut off. Leaving water still in washer. Now washer is not working at all. Cycle lights light up when lid is opened or washer is touched before doing any laundry. Once I hit start washer shuts down
