We recommend first unplugging your unit for 30 seconds from the power source, or turning off the circuit breaker. Then, when you turn it back on it will give it an opportunity to reset and may solve the issue that you are having. If this does not work, it could be the drain solenoid on your unit is faulty and needs to be repaired. We do sell a Drain Solenoid Repair Kit (PartSelect Number PS260462) that can help you with this.
