All lights went out on the control panel. Will not function.
For model number GSC308PJS4
Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. In most cases this means the Fuse PartSelect Number PS11742452 has blown and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

For model number GSC308PJS4
Hi Nancy, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, in order to replace the bulb, part number PS11754756, you may have to access it from the outside top of the microwave compartment. You may follow the steps given below to replace it:
1- Turn the power off at the circuit breaker.
2- Pull the microwave out.
3- Open the lower door and look at the side trim screw.
4- Remove the screw, and pull the trim down to unlock it.
5- Using the field screwdriver take out two screws one on each side of the control panel.
6- Pull the panel off.
7- Disconnect the small white plug on the control board and lift it up to provide access to the upper lamp grill.
8- Take out three screws and remove the upper vent grill.
9- Using the screwdriver take four screws out and then remove the vent grill.
10- Take the screws out that hold the microwave at the bottom and then pull the microwave out of the mounting frame for a few inches.
11- Remove the installation plate and continue to pull the microwave until you can reach the light bulb socket in the center.
12- Squeeze the retainer spring one side at a time and release it to remove the light bulb from the reflector.
13- Pull the bulb out of the socket and replace it.

I broke the Bake Element while cleaning the oven.
I removed the two screws that held the bake element in place. Next I removed the Bake Element. I had to unscrew the oven to go behind it because when one piece off of the element broke, it slide back behind the oven.
