FREEZER DOOR HANDLE IS LOOSE. HOW TO TIGHTEN?
For model number GNE25JSKCFSS
PartSelect logo
Hi Steve, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the fastener handle assembly, part number PS16619453. You may need to replace the faulty one to fix the issue. We have found the instructions to adjust the freezer handle. These may not be of the same model but will help you in tightening the handle. To adjust the freezer handle, brace the refrigerator on the right side and hold it in place. Align the slots inside the handle end cap to the mounting fasteners and slide it to the right until it comes to a hard stop. Use a rubber mallet to tap the left side of the handle until the handle no longer moves to the right. We hope this information helps!

Ice maker makes ice but makes a lot of noises
For model number GNE25JSKCFSS
PartSelect logo
Hi Mike, thank you for the question. The icemaker may be dirty. Over time, ice and frost can build up in the icemaker, which can cause it to vibrate and make noise. You can clean the icemaker by removing the ice tray and using a soft brush or cloth to remove any ice or frost that has built up. If this is not the issue, you will need to replace the ice maker, part number PS16220255. Good luck with the repair!
