Water in the bottom of my refrig

Hey Nancy, thank you for your inquiry. If you have water at the bottom of your refrigerator then you may need to check its defrost tube which may be clogged. To fix it, you need to clean the clogged tube and if it is not clogged or the problem persists after cleaning, then you may need to replace its defrost timer, part number PS423801.
