The water and ice is not working

Hello Karen, Thank you for the question. If you are not getting ice or water, I suggest checking the lines to make sure they are not frozen. If the lines are good you may need to replace the Water Valve PartSelect Number: PS2069865. Hope this helps!
The lights on the front panel for the water and ice in the door are not working correctly. They are both just barley lit and the ice won't work, the water still works. You can push either button for water or ice and the lights don't change and all you can get is water.

It certainly sounds like a faulty dispenser solenoid PS2069887 you should check for signs of damage, and replace it if needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator.
