Washer had a surcharge that fried icb, I’ve installed new board and now washer will not spin or agitate, also throws load sense code sometimes as well as pauses.
For model number GFWR2705H1MC
Hi Gavin. It could be the motor software is glitched as well and it may need to be replaced. What code exactly are you getting? Almost certainly another part on your washer was damaged in the surge. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.

Not heating
For model number GFWR2705H1MC
Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and found that there are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance: the heater assembly, part number PS8757089, and the temperature sensor, part number PS8757095. First, we would recommend testing the heating element with a multimeter for continuity. The normal resistance reading for the heater is 0-50 ohms. The other part you should check would be your washer temperature sensor. It can also be tested with a multimeter and should be reading between 1000-1100 ohms. If these two parts are fine, the issue is probably related to a faulty electronic control board, part number PS11772127. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Can you buy just the bearings that are in the drum?
For model number GFWR2705H1MC
Hello, Ray. Thank you for your question. The bearing and the seals are all part of the rear tub assembly, PartSelect Number PS8757349. In order to replace the bearing and seals you will need to replace the rear tub. We hope this helps.

Remove back cover and with a light and a mirror the screws can be identified. Three hold this pump on. Remove electrical connection then the pump. So also remove the corrugated connecting boot by undoing three clamps. Clean and reassemble
I downloaded a service manual for $9.95 online that lead me step by step to the board.I order the board from another supplier but it was back ordered for 4 to 6 weeks. Was lucky to find Partselect. They had the part in stock with fast shipping.
