Why is there water coming out at the bottom of the freezer door?
For model number GFE24JGKFFBB
Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the drain tube for clogging first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pan, part number PS2331555. It is at the bottom of the cabinet, behind the toe grille, and collects water that runs out the drain line during defrost. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
