h the pliers and after catching a couple of threads, I used the Element Tool and got the elements tight. Reconnected the wires on each (order of wiring did not matter), turned the water back on to check for leaks, and when no leaks occurred I simply put all insulation back in place, replaced the covers and turned the power back on. I had HOT water in an hour or less.
