The water doesn't drain all the way - it remains at the bottom of the bassin. Can it be the drain pump?

Hello Domenico, thank you for your question. Yes, that could be the drain pump. If there is lots of water at the bottom of the tub the most likely issue is the drain pump. I hope this helps.

My dishwasher was good but recently it don'ts stop the cycle at the good time. Now it takes many more time end finally the water drainage isn't good.
Is like the clock don't advance normally.
The serial number is: SF802860C.

Hello Fernelly, thank you for getting in touch. You will need to check the drain hose, drain filter and the drain pump. If there are blockages in the drain hose or the drain filter is clogged, the dishwasher will not drain properly. If this does not help, you will need to check the drain pump, part number PS10065265. Wheels had come off and were broken
We ordered a whole new set for the lower rack and even though they were smaller than the original ones, we replaced them all and now the rack slides in and out of the dishwasher with ease!
