For part #PS18351366, is there a way to keep it from rusting? I've only had my dishwasher for 6 months and the top rack is rusted so I have to replace it.
For model number GDT650SYV0FS
Hi Anne, thank you for reaching out. Be gentle when loading and unloading dishes to avoid scratching or chipping the protective coating on the rack. Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects where they can bang against the rack. After each wash cycle, open the dishwasher door slightly to allow excess moisture and humidity to escape, which helps the interior dry faster. We hope this information helps!

Need 2 screws to attach to cabinet sides
They go under the plug buttons would probably be about one and a half to two inches long and the head would fit inside the plug buttons
For model number GDT650SYV0FS
Hello Steve, Thank you for reaching out. The Counter Top Screws and Buttons Kit is listed as PartSelect #: PS17626215, however the screws are under an inch long. We do not show a screw 1 1/2" to 2" long. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, we would suggest calling the manufacturer. We hope this helps!

Spray arm had become unattached and burned by the heat element
It was a simple as: attach and done!
There is a ring on the part that tightens clockwise to the nipple that sprays out the water that it rests on. Twist clockwise and you are done!
It is a mystery how it was unattached to begin with but not a problem in the end, it was easy to fix!
