Freezer compartment problems. The ice cubes in the ice cube tub melted then froze in a solid block. What might the problem be? Also, water is dripping from the freezer compartment into the refrigerated section. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. If your freezer is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the thermostat, the motor, the door gasket, the condenser and the capacitor. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
