I need a replacement for TOP shelf of this model inside door not seeing it here

The plastic strip along the glass shelf that also holds the cheese drawer, has split. I couldn't find the part and I can't use the drawer without it.

The freezer compartment not freezing, only reaches around 28 degrees Fahrenheit. It needs to be at 0 degree Fahrenheit or lower. When it's on the run cycle, it only runs for about 4 minutes. I think it needs to run longer for it to reach 0 degree Fahrenheit. I have replaced the refrigerator cold thermostat and the defroster timer, and the system is adequately charged, and there's no leak around the doors. What could the problem be?
