Underneath freezer department sweating and leaking on bottom inside unit

Hi David,
Thank you for your question. If your freezer is sweating, moisture is getting inside. This will happen if the door is left open too long or the door gasket is not sealing correctly. Inspect the door gasket for gaps and to see if it is sealing. If it is not, then the gasket will need to be replaced. If the leak is coming from the bottom front of the refrigerator, you may have a clogged drain. During the refrigerator's defrost cycle, water will drain and sometimes carry food debris with it, which will clog the drain. Water will pool at the bottom of the refrigerator floor and then leak out the door. Check the drain and if it is clogged, clean it out. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
