Ice accumulates at the bottom
For model number FPRU19F8WF3
Hi Lili, thanks for contacting us. There are a few reasons you may have ice building up in the bottom of your fridge. We recommend checking the Drain Trough for ice buildup or debris - if this clogs it can overflow into the bottom of your fridge. Make sure your vents inside are clear and able to circulate air well. Avoid putting hot food in the fridge, bring it to room temperature first, as the heat inside the cold cabinet will cause condensation build up. We also recommend inspecting your door gasket for damage and replacing if necessary, as this can let warm are inside and also cause condensation build up. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair.
