No power to the control panel - how do i check to see if the control board is working and the issue is the control panel ?

Thank you for your question. The control panel for your dishwasher includes the electronic control boards. Check the wiring connections between the electronic control boards and the control panel for any signs of damage and to make sure that they are fitted correctly. If the wiring is fine, check the control boards for signs of damage, wear, scorching or burn marks. If the boards show any of these signs, the control panel assembly will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the control panel assembly is PS12584801. My dishwasher has power, is latching, and I’ve reset the breaker a few times, and I’ve checked that the time delay is off. When I press start cycle, the blue “in use “ light comes on at the bottom but nothing runs.

Hello Tyler, thank you for reaching out. Ensure the water supply valve under the sink is fully open. If the dishwasher is not getting water, it won’t start the cycle. If that is not the issue, we would suggest checking the circulation pump, part number PS12365774. The pump motor delivers water to the spray arms to clean the dishes during the wash cycle.
