The washer runs but no water is being used. The hot water is on. Also when i open the door it doesn't shut off it just continues to run (with no water)

Hello Kevin, thank you for writing. This sounds like a faulty main control board. The replacement for your model dishwasher is Control Assembly part number PS12366405. Good luck with your repair!

I have replaced the float assembly, drain tube, water inlet valve. I have checked the garbage disposal and the drainage tube fits tight against the nozzle. The dishwasher model number is fpid2497rf1a. What else could be causing the base pan to fill with water and throw the error code i30. What other areas of the drainage system should I check?

Hi David, thank you for getting in touch. Since you have replaced all these parts, we would suggest checking the pressure switch, part number PS11731946. If it gets clogged with food fragments, grease, or heavy soap suds, it tricks the control board into an i30 flood cycle loop. We hope this sorts out your problem!
