error i20. The dishwasher does not complete its full cycle program.

We would suggest making sure the drain hose is not clogged, and the drain filter is clean. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the pressure sensor switch, part number PS11731946. On each side of the interior door jam, approximately 6 inches down from the top are black plastic plugs. What is the part number for these plugs. I recently purchased a new counter-top, which is stone material and i can't secure the dishwasher to the top. I removed the one black plug so i could place a screw through the side to secure the dishwasher to the cabinet side. I hope this would be an acceptable method. In removing the plug it broke.
