error i20. The dishwasher does not complete its full cycle program.

Hi David, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the error code i20 usually indicates a problem in the drain line, which might be causing the dishwasher to not complete the cycle. We would suggest making sure the drain hose is not clogged, and the drain filter is clean. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the pressure sensor switch, part number PS11731946. Status with error code i40. Cleaned drain and reset breaker to unit and won't reset error code

Hello Erin, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the error code I40 indicates that the drain line is restricted or the filters are clogged. As you have cleaned the drain line, we would recommend checking the filters to fix the issue. Your model comes with 2 filters: the screen, part number PS9494203, and the drain filter, part number PS12071530. You may need to clean them to solve the problem. We hope this helps.

On each side of the interior door jam, approximately 6 inches down from the top are black plastic plugs. What is the part number for these plugs. I recently purchased a new counter-top, which is stone material and i can't secure the dishwasher to the top. I removed the one black plug so i could place a screw through the side to secure the dishwasher to the cabinet side. I hope this would be an acceptable method. In removing the plug it broke.
