Ice marker not made ice, how can fit it

My freezer doesn't make ice and the interior light doesn't go on. It seems to be running a lot. The temperature is good 0 degrees. I checked it with a thermometer. Hello Viet, thank you for getting in touch. If your freezer is warm and there is no defrost, you will need to check the temperature sensor, part number PS11775596. A faulty temperature sensor will not maintain temperature in the freezer. Check the vents, blocked vents will not let the freezer cool down. If the ice maker is not working, you will need to replace the icemaker assembly, part number PS16218280. We hope this helps.
The bottom of my freezer is cold. It makes ice but won’t freeze the top of the freezer. I have a high temp error. Is that a bad evaporator fan? If so do you have the part number for my freezer model?
