My condenser fan starts running as soon as I plug it in and never stops running

Hello Kevin, thank you for reaching out. Make sure the air outlet grill and air exhaust are not dirty or clogged. If this does not help, we recommend checking the air filter, part number PS16221528. We hope this information is useful!
my unit the exhaust fan stopped working all i get is hot air if i shut it off and wait a few minutes than turn it on it blow cold air than a few minutes later back to warm air is it the thermstat please let me know thank you

Glad to hear from you. If your air conditioner starts to blow cold air and then blows warm air, then it is set to the Auto setting instead of the On setting and you will need to change it. We hope this helps!
