I need a defrost sensor thermister that attaches to the cooling coils. That part is not listed in your list or in the diagrams on your site.

Hi James, thank you for reaching out. We have researched your model and found the damper control assembly, part number PS12365334, which controls the temperature of your wine cooler. We hope this is what you were looking for!
My wine cooler will start up for a little while and then start beeping with error code 4. I believe I hear the compressor come on and for sure the fan in the back is working. Panel displays temp at 41 degrees but does not really get cool. One time I plugged it back in after about 2 weeks and it displayed 41 degrees and ran for about a day. Then always the E4 error code and beeping while door is closed. Any info on what you think I should test or how to test it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Colleen, thank you for the question. The E4 error indicates a faulty thermistor monitoring cabinet temperature. Check the thermistor first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the control board, part number PS12365341. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
