Hi David, thank you for reaching out. We have researched and found that the issue is with the float switch, part number PS10057465. You may need to replace the switch to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
My dishwasher display sometimes is lit up after cycle is complete and is locked up. I will not allow me to even cancel or restart unless I unplug the dishwasher. Also sometimes it will start and then stop and the control goes blank and beeps. I have to restart several times to make it work. Both are intermittent issues. My best guess is door switch, am I on the right track? Works great other than that.

I have tried everything to get out of lock mode even cut power to the dishwasher twice, once for 5 mins and then 30 mins. Nothing is working. Can you tell me how to fix?
