The freezer is working however the refrigerator part is not keeping cold

Hello Katherine, thank you for contacting us. To fix the issue, you may need to check the damper control assembly, part number PS899531. It controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
I have installed a new evaporator fan motor. I worked for about 1 month. Freezer compartment is now cold and the fridge section is showing 70F degrees . How can I check the evaporator fan motor
to see why it does not run. Resetting defaults doesn't work.

Hello Ken, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS1526073, to solve the problem. You can test the motor for continuity using a multimeter. We hope this helps.
Error for high temperature, from what I see in the back the fan it is not turning, it is like does not have power coming to it, seems to be turning though, I have seen it turning for a bit and then stopped. But also the compressor is not doing anything... I hear no noises, you know like when is making cold air...
So, I am not sure what my problem is. Can you help?

Hi John, Thank you for reaching out. The F0 indicates a stuck key error. You can try to unplug the appliance and rub your fingers across the keys over and over to warm up the keypad and release the stuck key. Let it cool down and plug the fridge back in to see if the error resets. We hope this helps!

pulled fridge from wall, removed card board cover, unplug the fridge. turn the water off to the fridge. remove the water source from fridge first then remove 2 screws that hold the valve. then the wire plugs. hoses.. they were color coded.
