After doing a self clean, the upper oven is fine. The lower over you can enter your temp, the fan runs, i can see the burners cycling upper and lower, but neither the upper or lower burner comes on. I assume thermal resistor? I pulled off the front cover but don't see it readily.

Hi Carl,
Thank you for your question. During the self-clean cycle, the temperatures in the oven can go over 800 degrees F, and may damage the electrical components and wiring inside the oven. If the oven is not heating correctly, the issue may be with the oven temperature sensor. The oven temperature sensor monitors the oven temperature and signals the electronic control board to turn the elements on and off. Before removing this part from the oven and testing it for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting, unplug the oven from the electrical outlet. This test needs to be done with the sensor at room temperature to produce accurate results. The reading should be between 1080 and 1100 ohms. If you get any other reading, you need a replacement temperature sensor. If the sensor is fine, you will need to check the electronic control board, the elements, and the wiring between the parts to see which part is causing the issue. We hope this helps with the repair!

The unit died while using and the display went blank. While removing the user interface the display came back on and was responsive. The display died again and then came back again. There were some possible burn marks on the relay board. I'm concerned this will keep happening. This is a double wall oven.

I have a frigidaire gallery double oven about 7 years old. The display on the unit went blank and nothing worked. The circuit breakers did not trip and the outlet was ok. About an hour later the power on the unit came back on and everything worked ok. This has happened four time over the past month. What part could be involved in this problem?
For model number FGET3065PFD
Hi Paula, thank you for reaching out. It appears that your oven may have a damaged control board, part number PS12364485. Before replacing it, make sure the wires passing through the terminal block are not damaged. Good luck with your repair!

Cracked oven door inner glass
Repair was quite easy, as long as you have the instructions for removing the door. The screws that hold the bottom of the door to the fixed hinge are placed into the side of the hinge assembly after removal; this holds the door at a 45 degree angle for easy removal. After that, just place the door on a flat surface and dismantle the door
