Replace the knife in the food grinder
Unscrew the end cap of the food grinder using the wrench provided by Kitchen-aid. Remove flat metal extrusion plate. Place new knife on worm gear, seating it on the square metal extension. Replace extrusion plate and end cap, tightening with the wrench provided. Since all of this is part of the routine cleaning process, I don't even really consider it a "repair."
