Lights on control panel stopped working

My refrigerator is no cooling below 40 degrees.
Everything else is working great, freezer is fine, vents and blowing through. Just digital temp gauge in fridge doesn't matter if it's on 5 or 9 fridge temp says at 40 degrees.
Coils are all clean fans are working.

Hi Jason, thank you for the question. The issue seems to be with the thermistor, part number PS8760187. It monitors internal temperatures and sends data to the appliance's control system to maintain proper cooling. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
My freezer side is staying cold but not enough to freeze anything. The coils seem to keep building up with ice. I have replaced the thermostat that I order on here, but it still is not freezing. Is there another solution possibly?

Hi Michelle, thank you for reaching out. If you have already replaced the defrost thermostat, the issue could be with the defrost heater, part number PS469556. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

water filter will not lock in. I've changed many times no problem. it is a wf3cb puresource3 filter

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the water filter base, part number PS12364175. It holds the water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. I then proceeded to disconnect the 1/4" copper tubing which is the water feed coming out of the wall. Then I removed the screws that hold the
... Read more valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
