WINDOW UNIT STUCK ON SETTING& WONT SHUT OFF. CONTROL BOARD FUNCTIONS BUT DOES NOT RESPOND.WHEN YOU SHUT OFF COMPRESSOR STILL RUNNING.

Hello Kent, thank you for getting in touch. Check the condenser coils to determine if they are dirty. If the condenser coils are dirty, clean them. If this does not help, we recommend replacing the control board, part number PS9864946. Good luck with your repair!
