My fridge defrosts inside the fridge dripping down the inside of the fridge and depositing water under my bottom veg trays at the bottom of the fridge.I have taken off the back inside of the freezer wall and used a blow dryer to melt the ice and put hot water down the drain hold checking the water that put in come out under the fridge . But this is not fixing the problem. What next should I do or do I need to get a new fridge.

Hello Mary, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend unclogging the drain tube. If the issue still persists, then you may need to replace the defrost heater, part number PS2581595, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!

Also how do I change it?
Thank you

Hi Donna,
Thank you for your question. The part number for the light bulb is PS12712277. To remove the light bulb, press in on the light cover tabs to release them and remove the cover. Then unscrew the old light bulb and insert the new one. Place the tabs on the light cover back in the slots and press back into place. We hope this helps!

We've been having water run down the back of our refrigerator and collect below the crisper doors. We removed the freezer back inside covering and the freezer unit itself (with the fins) appeared cockeyed with some small amounts of ice on either side of the draining trough. Drain did not appear blocked. Straightened out the freezer unit, removed the ice buildup and ran a hair dryer to insure everything had been melted. Still getting water below crisper doors. Suggestions?
For model number FFHT2131QP0
Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. We suggest trying to insert a pipe cleaner through the drain tube. It is normal for water to run down the back of the wall and into the drain tube during the defrost cycle. When the Drain tube is blocked water can not drain into the pan to evaporate. We hope this helps!
