The freezer is fine, but the refrigerator side is barely cooling and goes to setting 1 after I set it on 7 and shut the door. When I open the door it displays 1, then H and continues to change back and forth between 1 and H.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. If the fresh food section of your refrigerator is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the damper and damper control assembly, the defrost thermostat, the run capacitor, the temperature sensor and the door gasket. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Water puddles on kitchen floor at bottom right side of fridge. Tray on bottom of freezer has accumulated water and frozen. Do I need a new water hose? Any suggestions? Thanks
For model number FFHS2622MSYA
Hello Paul, thank you for your question. We would suggest making sure the drain hose is not clogged or leaking. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the defrost heater, part number PS2581596. A faulty heater may cause excess ice build-up, which may clog the tubes. This then melts and accumulates to the bottom of the unit or may leak on the floor.

water leaking out of refrigerator
In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. I then proceeded to disconnect the 1/4" copper tubing which is the water feed coming out of the wall. Then I removed the screws that hold the

valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
