Hi Kimberly, thank you for contacting us. The thermistor control the temperature. A faulty thermistor can send inaccurate readings, causing the thermostat to not regulate the cooling properly. The thermistor kit for your model is part number PS8769098. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
