The lower baking element was apparently destroyed after install. The screws for it are on the circle in the back of oven. Which part do I need and do I
need professional installation. May I just turn off the power and screw the
2 screws. I have a picture I could send.

In most cases there is a panel on the back of the appliance that needs to be removed to gain access to the hidden element. I cleaned my oven and now it want heat up anymore come on and shuts off repeatedly but no heat

Hello Cory, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS16745361, to solve the problem. We hope this helps.
The oven fan keeps shutting off after a few seconds and then comes back on. This repeats over and over. The oven does not get up to temperature.

Wife was cooking our thanks giving turkey, when an oder of burning was noticed. I walked over to the oven and smelled the area of oven light, it was bad. I turned off and unpluged oven. Have a double wall oven and the top oven would not shut off or broiler part would stay on and burn tops of food. Since bottom oven was not having any issues felt like it could Not be control panel so decided to try the temp sensor. Since replacing oven has worked properly.
