We have this double wall oven, and the top oven does not reach the set temperature, but the bottom oven does. We noticed that the top oven exhaust fan is on all the time which make us believe why it will not reach it desired temp. Instead of coming on when the oven is turned off, it constantly runs from the moment the oven is turned on. Please advise what could resolve this issue, thanks.

Hello Warren, thank you for getting in touch. Ensure the oven is clean, as food debris and spills can affect oven performance, as any blockages or excessive dirt could be interfering with its ability to reach the set temperature. Check the temperature sensor, part number PS11758156. The temperature sensor in the top oven might be faulty or dirty, causing the oven to misread the temperature and thus not heat properly. We hope this helps.

We noticed that the top oven exhaust fan is on all the time which make us believe why it will not reach it desired temp. Instead of coming on when the oven is turned off, it constantly runs from the moment the oven is turned on. I have replaced the thermostat already and still no change. Could you explain what would cause the cool down fan to continuously stay on. Please advise what could resolve this issue, thanks
For model number FFET3025PSD
Hi Warren, thank you for reaching out. As you have already replaced the temperature sensor, the issue seems to be with the relay control board, part number PS1528196. A shorted relay on the control board can cause it to send continuous power to the fan. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Cracked oven door inner glass
Repair was quite easy, as long as you have the instructions for removing the door. The screws that hold the bottom of the door to the fixed hinge are placed into the side of the hinge assembly after removal; this holds the door at a 45 degree angle for easy removal. After that, just place the door on a flat surface and dismantle the door

from the inside. The inner glass is contained in a metal frame with another piece of glass; this frame comes apart easily using the clips in each side. The door assembles easily after the glass is replaced; just take your time and give yourself enough room to lay out the parts as you go. Good luck!

Used several "YouTube" videos to reference oven door design (Oven door glass is actually several layers of glass.) After completing about 30 mins of research and finding the right square drive bit, the repair went smoothly and without complications. Th
