The rinse aid unit on the door of our dishwasher will not allow the rinse aid liquid to flow down into the unit. The liquid stays on top and leaks out into the dishwasher. Can you help me fix that problem. John and Melinda

If it is clear, then the issue is most probably with the drain pump, part number PS8689824. It removes the water from the dishwasher tub. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. I removed old tub gasket, which the door presses against to make a seal, and put the new one in. Flat tip screwdriver was used to gently press gasket in.
