Door will not lock or will not unlock when cycle is complete

Hi Rodney, thank you for contacting us. If your door does not lock or unlock after a wash cycle, it means the latching mechanism of your dishwasher door has failed. You will need to check the door latch, part number PS16218716. Check the door strike, part number PS16745697, if it works properly. The strike plate catches the door latch. Top rack falls off the rollers on the right side only

Thank you for your question. If the rollers are worn and are falling off the dishrack, they will need to be replaced. The part number for the roller is PS17219660. We hope this helps!
After starting, regardless of the program, the dishwasher draws water and pumps it out again immediately. The appliance therefore always remains dry and does not wash.

Hello Andre, The most common cause is a faulty drain pump PS8689824 or drain hose. The drain pump can become blocked with debris, preventing it from functioning properly and causing the dishwasher to continually run. Thank you and have a great day.
After starting the dishwasher draws water and pumps it out again immediately.
It can't be the drain hose. I have tested the appliance completely without a drain hose and the appliance pumps all the water, that flows in, immediately out again in the same quantity after starting.
2 QUESTIONS:
1. The appliance does not need a drain hose connected in order to work, does it?
2. As the appliance immediately pumps the incoming water out again, the drain pump must be in order, right?

Hello André, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, the issue is with the electronic control board, part number PS16731602. It manages the functions of the dishwasher, such as washing, draining and drying. The drain pump is draining water, means that the drain pump is fine. The drain hose needs to be connected to the drain pump in order to drain water out of the appliance. We hope this information helps!

I removed old tub gasket, which the door presses against to make a seal, and put the new one in. Flat tip screwdriver was used to gently press gasket in.
