Brand New Humidifier is set at 35. Turns on for approx 1 minute and then goes off
What am I missing?

Hi Kevin, thank you for reaching out. Check if the water tank is adequately filled. Double-check that the humidity level is set correctly on the humidifier. Remove and thoroughly clean the humidifier filter according to the manufacturer's instructions. We hope this information helps!
